Ocean is imo the better one. There is a dub in which Vegeta freaks out on namek and he sounds extremely good.

Personally, I prefer the original japanese voice actors over any dub, but from what I've seen, ocean dub is generally better, at least in the saiyan and frieza sagas. I just can't get over all the stupid corny lines funimation gave us or all the information they left out and things that got changed.

For this scene, I prefer Raditz's FUNimation voice. Ocean Raditz sounds too calm, whereas FUNimation Raditz sounds like a maniac, which makes him scarier.

I thought Drummond's portrayal was much more accurate to the character Vegeta is supposed to be. I would really like to see a truer to the original script, uncut, re-dub with the original Ocean voices. Or at least some of them mixed with the Funi crew.

His blood was red because it hadn't quite yet been established just what Piccolo is: until the confrontation with Nappa and Vegeta, it had always been presumed Piccolo and his demon king father were demons, hence why until the fight with Nappa, Piccolo's blood had been shown to be red, rather than purple.

Funimation has better voice actors. Raditz has a crazy personality and Funimation hits the voice for that dead on. Ocean dubs "You cant miss it, its Green" line doesn't sound like he's telling a joke, but reading from a sheet of paper with some lines on it. There's so little emotion in their dub.
