  • hey alicia i weigh 45kgs and i am 5 ft tall...i am otherwise slim except fr my tummy...can u plzz show sum exercises to reduce tummy and gain a little bit of weight?.....thnx ....a girl frm india!!

  • @RaccoonCamp Well I would prefer if you made your own and used some peanut butter or nuts for protein (as long as you are not allergic to those ingredients). Packaged food always has some ingredients that our bodies do not need. Be well. Alycia

  • they total up to become 50lbs on each side! he had 20lbs and 50lbs for working on his arms chest shoulders too!

  • @Marina88ab Hi...these exercises address most muscles in the body...that is why I specifically chose them for a total body workout with a barbell. Hope that helps...be well. Alycia
