@97dkb If you read the description of the Poisoned apple you will see that it clearly says it surpasses every poison bonus and it is deadly as a script effect, it wont stop until it the one who eats it is killed

As far as I know you can buy them off the Kahjit(Kajiit..spelling?) in the Dark Brotherhood Cheydinhall sanctuary. And if you buy them before you install the expansion you can use the dupe. glitch to get an insane amount.

Before the Dark Brotherhood quest entitled "Purification". They can be found in a barrel in Fort Farragut. They also respawn in stacks of 10.

in fort farragut there is a barrel that has ten of them in there, but the barrel has a very hard lock on it tho. The apples respawn like regular food though.

the poison apple is a darkbrotherhood item read the item discription it says it bypasses poison immunity in other words

it will kill them regardless of immunity
