  • can i do the pull & press with an exercise ball against a wall? would that engage more legs and core? or would it be too distracting?

  • @ilikealicia it would be okay...but I would skip the fast catch... would just exchange hands at the bottom of the squat...i like the move without the ball because it to me is more cardio... but try both if you can...~ahmad

  • @makingthebest09 No Ahmad,YOU'RE THE BEST & I love you!! I honestly wouldn't have been able to do this without you,so a very big thank you to you! Also,for those who are going to read,its hard to find time to workout everyday so I try to eat right when i can,exercise atleast 3 days a wk,and if i go out to eat,i try to order healthy things. Pop/coke is my bad one because of the caffenine.. so i try to treat myself to one 2 times a wk.

I put some clothes in the back of my closet when winter came since they didn't fit at all and now,today i pulled some shirts out and they fit! They are a little snug but they fit! Thank you for all of your advice!
