@4165mc Yes, I ran for AAU & USATF most of my life. You can see a woman running a 12.5 100M, and it looks like she is flying! Looking at a man run 11s 100M looks extremely fast! Seeing these folks run sub 11s and 10s 100M in person is INSANE! My PB was 10.22 100M, and I felt invincible, as if my legs were moving a million miles per hours, and blood was shooting through my body. It's amazing watching these folks run much faster, and intimidating!
