@ Mikumichan The Tanabata festival is from a story in Japan in which a space goddess (forgot who) was always weaving so her father hooked her up with some dude. However, the daughter never got back to her work so her father seperated them (milky way I think??). Except for on the seventh day of the seventh month each year (July 7th) if the skies were clear, they could cross and get together for that day.
