  • completely biased highlights

  • Today Nadal got raped again 6:3 6:0!

  • Yes...I remember 2:6,6:2,6:0 :)

  • 6 - 0 .. Poor NaDull

  • @Leonardo4190 Lol does Roland Garros 2008 not even exist to you? 6-1 6-3 6-0 Nadal. Fuck you bud.

  • @Sundin456 Relax guy.

  • People don't understand when Nadal lose its because the other player kept his level of tennis. The next time he won't change his tactics but just train his fitness to grind harder. 100% he will grind the same way against Djokovic next time and find out age catch up with him.

  • @the04cian95

It is just the mental toughness of Nadal that makes that slight difference....

Federer had 2 championship points in Rome 2006 and Nadal stayed solid in the rally's.

Nadal mental ability's are just amazing, but this doesn't happen to Roger alone, also the djokovic Nadal Semi final in Madrid in 2009 djokovic should have won that one and there are many other examples of matches were nadal wasn't the best player but still one cause he just won the most important points, just amazing

  • @peterpkr except Djoko seems to be the stronger player now from the mental standpoint. After beating Nadal 5 straight times, the doubts are all in the Nadal camp.

  • nadal federer paris 2011 LETS GO FED!!

  • Federer was playing like a machine that day.

  • 0.25

    wtf!!!

    Its like a cannon!

  • Oh man!!!! Soooo good to watch federer kick nadals ass on clay!! Now he needs to do it more often.

  • federer touches nadal's butt at 9:46

    nadal "don't do that again"

  • seeing how federer is playing now made me forget how good he used to be on clay. Only he can give nadal a bagel in the last set of a final, ON CLAY. Seeing this just makes me sad I hadnt started watching tennis in 2007 :(

  • @raikahoken :(

  • Why do people talk about Del Potro and Clay ????

  • He hasn't really done anything incredible on the surface, but he made the semis at Roland Garros in '09 and probably should've beaten Fed at that stage. I don't think he's great on clay right now and shouldn't be talked about as a threat to Nadal, but he could potentially be dangerous.

  • @dwilliams02 Well that makes sense I guess....It just pisses me off when people talk about him like some major threat......The guy one one US OPEN by luck and some great form I may add and suddenly he is the new force in tennis........

  • Yeah you're right. I think that people just revel in the fact that he has proven that he can beat both Fed and Nadal on any given day, so he kind of took up the mantle as the guy who could usurp them. Now Djokovic is in that position, but Del Po is also a trendy pick these days because his ranking is pretty low, so it means that in tournaments he'll be a potential early-round match-up for guys like Nadal and Fed. Finally, it's just always a big bandwagon when a big name is trying to come back.

  • @MrSaberq LUCK!? did u not watch that match?? fed played extremely well but got OVERPOWERED! Delpo is just as big a threat as anyone to beat the top three players anytime (except wimbly) delpo reached the year end finals "final" and almost beat fed in the french 09 as well .. also the first player in ATP history to win his first four career titles in as many tournaments. could have beaten nadal in the us 09 .. Are u that naive to think u can beat rog in a slam final on luck ?? wow ur ignorant!

  • @telmolicious

Del potro is really good, but Federer played like complete shit in the US 09 final. He was dominating the match and then he couldn't make any serves and kept making dumb errors. So in that way Del Potro was kinda lucky, cuz that wasn't the normal Federer he faced.

  • @stretch90 not true. Federer only played bad the 5th set. Delpo was hitting some major power shots and Roger could not find a way to counter-attack. No luck. ROger is an overall much better player but Delpo was better that day. Period.

  • @Bostero3771

I don't think so. Federer's serve percentage was in the low 50s I think and that started in the 2nd set, which is why he lost the second set and eventually the match. That match was nothing like normal Fed.

  • @telmolicious Ummm "could have bean nadal in the us 09"...he actually did, 6-2 6-2 6-2

  • @jlennon28 hehe 2010 of course ! :)

  • @MrSaberq ehm bcause he alm crushed feds RG dreams by making him go the distance in 09 ?? AND he just won Estoril by beating Soderling - finalist + beat 1 seed at the french the last two years and Verdasco - great clay court players. Favourites for RG imo: 1. Nadal 2. Djokovic 3. Soderling/Delpo - tough call ! Delpo won last meeting on clay but soderling has got the RG results 4. Federer 5. Ferrer 6. Berdych 7. Monfils 8. Meltzer 9. Tsonga 10. Almagro/Verdasco What u think?
  • @telmolicious Federer is always top 3 in favorites........Soderling won in 09 against injured Rafa and in 10 against shity Federer..........He is not a top clay player.....Look at other clay tournaments besides RG in the last two years he has not made one final till Estroil this year......Del Potro ...Dont make me laugh.....The guy one ONE BIG TOURNAMENT BY LUCK AND SOLID PLAY and suddenly he is the second coming on clay.....Also we are talking shit anyway Rafa is winning this maybe Nole........

  • @MrSaberq Nadal was never injured in 09. This is one big myth. He claimed to be in perfect shape before the match with Soderling and did not mention any injuries when he lost. That came one week later. Look at the video and see for yourself. Soderling is not at Nadal or Federer's level but he hits a pretty hard ball and if he does not miss he can give anyone a run for the money. At RG 09 he was simply a better player than Nadal. The injuries are a lame excuse afterthought.

  • @Bostero3771 he lost because he was tired from all the clay tennis he had been playing...including the 4 hour semi with djoko at madrid

  • @rockerduff1231 He lost because Soderling played better. No injuries, not tired, no family issues, the other guy played better. He destroyed Hewitt two days earlier and said to be in perfect form.

  • @Bostero3771 well yeah but nadal being tired didn't help

  • still Federer & Sordeling as the best players to stop Nadal on clay.who else will ?

  • @zb9775 del potro

  • @zb9775 djokovic

  • It is absolutely beyond me how they can get to some of the balls. Just insane

  • I squealed at 3:38

  • OH YES ! :D

  • wow nadal screams too much -.-

  • the best moment is at 9:42 ... in that powerful handshake is everything...

  • Federer should use more drop shots against nadal

  • who can win 6-0 against nadal in clay ? Only Roger Federer

  • @jmsbatista Gaudio, but that's before Nadal became the force on clay that he is.

  • federer is a better player, nadal is a great champion, but roger is on another dimension

  • Nadal gets 6:0 on clay :D Federer never gets 6:0 on grass. Federer is the GOAT!

  • @DuchDoby federer had 6-0 against nadal in wimbledon 2006 final :D

  • @DuchDoby

I am a Roger-Fan. But I must say, it is easier to win a set 6 to 0 on clay then on grass. The serve on grass makes it very difficult to break, so even if one player is very dominant, the other can save his game just with good serving. Therefor the 6:0 of Federer vs Nadal in their first Wimby final is even more astonishing.

  • @ulizinho

Or 6-0 against Roddick in AO.

  • This was when Fed was the greatest force in the game. From 2004-2007, no one has played as good as Federer. Nowadays he is not as good as this and all the idiots crawl out of the woodwork every time nadal beats him, trying to con us all that Nadal is beating a prime Federer,

Federer on 2 of the 3 surfaces from 2004-2007 was unbeatable and unplayable , especially in slams. The Federer Nadal beat at Wimbledon and Australian Open was nothing compared to this.

  • Show us the BREAK POINTS?

  • How many times did the commentator say "oh yes"?!

  • have you seen the forehand pass at 0:25

the perfect display of brute force wow

  • @dalv0730 that was insane - like being shot out of a cannon.

  • Hey guys, can anyone see how Federer owned Nadal in this match and hit so many forehand winners? Fed's strategy was to play cross courts with his backhand, throw Nadal into the corners of the court, and then hit his forehand winners in the empty space. If you look carefully, you will see that he's successfully done it over and over.

I wonder how Nadal countered this strategy in later matches against Federer (2008-2010) on clay courts?

  • @mohelafifi cus fed didnt hit deep and flat like this match. His normal strat is to take ball early and aim at service box for crazy angles, nadal turned it into underlying weakness cus the ball will bounce at highest pt on his receiving end = easy return using topspin. If u watch any match that nadal had trouble or lost, he lost to flat and deep hitters. In this era top10 use a lot of top spin which helped nadal returns a lot, he will struggle in sampras era of flat hitters.

  • One of the times that Federer beat Nadal, Federer I like but I give all credit to Nadal, is a very good player too! talent alone is not enough to beat Nadal, you need to give face to match his physical performance

  • 6:48 Nadal shat himself :D !

  • when nadal lose he always blame that he was tired......stupid excuses he never recognize to his opponent ...

  • @hencar2 yeah or was injured or something like that.... i think Federer should have had a few more wins against Nadal... if Roger stays aggressive and takes the one handed backhand early and hits it down the line, it sets up Roger's cross court forehand.... he did that in this match and a little bit in the 2nd set of Madrid 2010... that's the way roger is going to beat Nadal if he uses that strategy consistently

  • @hencar2 - I know, excuses excuses, the usual excuse is blisters, i mean fucking blisters, i play 2 odd hours with full blown blisters i mean thats one fanny excuse. Of course as well whenever he loses he can very easily jst blame it on his knees.

  • @TJFederer15 I agree. A win is a win and a loss is a loss. even if a player has caught a cold and loses or withdraws, it's not an excuse - just a reason.

  • whn these two play its epic..its tennis

  • I just can't believe how many people dare to say that Nadal wasn't at his best in that match and that he was "tired"... Ho my goodness, even at 3 0 in the third set he get balls back into the court and nearly wins the point while no one else in the world could have done the same...

FedeX deserved to beat him in this match: He beat him fair and square

  • 1:53 rafa fans (and most federer fans) think its over.... and then federer wins 11 of the next 12 games. come on roger!!!

  • IT's so good when the guy who really play tennis (Federer) beats the Spanish manufactured kid, who groans all the time and has the grace of an elephant .

  • Man, I fully forgot how long Rafa's hair was back then.

And shit it was nice to see Roger beat Nadal on clay... *Very* nice indeed...

  • Marcian touch 3:38

  • jajajaja. ohh yes ohh yeahhh!!! oh fuck meeee jajajaja.

  • haha this commentator looks as if he is commenting on a sex tape :S:s .. ooh yes .. ooo00 yea ...:loolxxx

  • federer should have beaten nadal so many more times on clay than here and in madrid he shud av beat him in rome 06 and hamburg 08 maybe even french in 06 as well

  • @the04cian95 the same way as nadal shud've won wimbledon 07& miami 05, but he didn't, the same way federer didn't win those encounters u mentioned.

  • I agree. Rome 2006 he lost two match points, Roland Garros 2007 he had only 1/17 break points converted, Hamburg 2008 he served in the first 5x1 40x30 and lost the set!

  • @the04cian95 bitch

  • @the04cian95 yeah , but not 06 final :)

  • @the04cian95 also 2007 RG

  • @the04cian95 now Federer is too old to play against Rafa or Novak, I hate him, he'll soon fall out of top ten in this year

  • @mrminh170194 Stop being pessemistic.

  • @T3hMightyIsBack now in Rome, he lost to Richard Gasquet

  • @the04cian95

  • @the04cian95 but he didn't. nadal won the crucial points and won these matches

  • @arisklms13 K thank you captain obvious just couldnt resist could ya? shows your immaturity.

  • @cj397 come on man win is a win. the better one or the more clutch wins the match, that's all
