whats ur issue the dresses aren't going to people that are rich with money its going to girls that r going to prom that can't afford a dress. it doesn't have to be a big charity. and sometimes when u give money it doesn't go to the right place

Yeah, I see where your going with this, but Prom is a really special event for most teenage girls; and some of them can't afford what tends to be (really) expensive gowns.

The girls that can afford these dresses really only wear them once (on prom night), so why not give them away, and make someone else just as happy?
