@rowermc Thx for the comment! True... this year I'm working on better supporting my pull with the trunk/abdominals. Easier in the 1x though: the erg's handle, forcing my wrists straight and hence my elbows down, adds some further bad posture to the picture :^)
Interesting. It shows how well you control your catch...and how week your core stability is at the end of the stroke. You simply let go at the end of the stroke with no support from the abdominals, the lower back muscle and the quads.That's why your legs are bouncing at the end of the stroke. You tend to do the same in some other footage in 1X. Be careful, this is a common cause of low back pain! Nothing dramatic though, simply work harder on your core muscles! ;-)
