Well, Rachel defeating Marbus lead to an attempt at revenge against Ryu in the underworld. Momiji's story included a second attack on the village after Ryu left for New York...as well as showing us other fiends in the Black Spider Clan's Dark Sect.: The Tengu Brothers. Ayane's story is also involved because Obaba supposedly launched that second attack. I think NGS2 gave the story a better backbone by including them.

ya i know what u mean. there were a few mechanics they changed or messed up on in this version which was somewhat disappointing. tho i gotta admit, unlimited arrows that dont need to be charged made the annoying electric worm boss MUCH easier to beat. they also got rid of the exploding jelly fish...yay! then the coop and the additional characters are always fun. in the end i still think the good outweighs the bad...tho the lack of blood/gore/limb removal was really NOT cool :(
