  • wowwww crazzzzy

  • if i did 10 seconds of that I'd pass out

  • wow! i'm waiting for my kb dvd program to arrive. maybe i will try this with a 4kg kb haha. if it doesn't land on my head or my big toe.

  • 2:27 nice recovery

  • 1 pood... I have just a 20kg KB. I'm still learning to juggle with it properly, and there's a lot about it that's really intimidating to try... Especially behind the back, or across the front of the body.

  • I don't kno if anybody has noticed but that is 1 big hunk of a man, he could play Thor or Colossus.

  • Good job! Amazing!

    What this song name?

  • @cfdahun possibly /watch?v=A-QUUOgD_O4

  • whoa! that was crazy!

  • I really hope that one day we have widespread inclusion of this sport to our physical culture. I watch this video at least once a month for inspiration and for watching details of the wave power you use to command the bell. It is so subtle your skill is very admirable. Thank you.

  • Tas obviously had juggling chops before he ever saw a KB. Some of those throws behind the back have club work all over them, and the sword work is good club swinging.

Nice job of translating that to a new piece of gear,.... cause it works.

  • I see scandivavian flags in the background, where there anyone from sweden, denmark, norway or finland there?

  • Yes - Sweden , Denmark & Finland - but not Norway. Maybe this year?

  • I have no idea where to get info on this, I don't even think we have a kettlebell club in sweden =P

  • Nice demo!

    Swords are a great touch.

  • my mentor

  • i think it's more than 16..look at the ball..it's big as his head..babies has the head as big as 16kg kettlebell..i think it's a 24.

  • It was a 16kg competition style hollow bell.

If it were solid iron, yes , with that diameter it would weigh a lot more e.g. 32kg!

  • yeah that's it..i've never seen kettlebell like that!!

  • @ticciticci its blue= 12 kg

  • is that a 16kg?

  • Yes. men use 16kg , ladies 8kg in competitions.

  • whoa, this competition is actually for juggling? thats awesome! i thought he was just showing off during downtime or something... could you link me to some info for this?

  • this is not a competition, it is an exibition..

  • cool shit, lmao :D

ralyg . com <-- some crazy stuff I've done lately maybe you'll like them hahaha
