haha when you trim a clip from the front there is no frame loss, when you trim the back, (the rollaway) there is a additional frame that is taken away. thats why there is a frame skip when it resumes to regular speed, just dont trim it soo hard and zoom in on the timeline to clip by smaller frame amounts, and you'll be fine, hoped that helps. :)
