Changing cloak sounds is vac bannable as far as i know.

@sergiuung no. only changing the full online one is. theres something called GCF which is the main files of the game, the online type, editing that will get you VAC banned

@sergiuung only if it actually messes with the coding of the game. theres a wallhack that is only a texture edit so it's not vac bannable either.
