Good basic workout, but an MMA workout should be much more intense than that. And you didn't even get all the muscles. You missed your lower back. Without a lower back, you have a weak core. You missed shoulders, you missed calf muscles, you missed forearms, triceps. You need a well rounded body to work in MMA.
