Loved this, I know all the words to that song and all the oldies, when we were kids we would go to all the concerts in Dunedin NZ, they called it the Edinburgh of the South, Jimmy Shand and his band, Kenneth Mckellar, Andy Stewart all came to Dunedin and my Mum would embarrass us as kids by singing and clapping the loudest hahaha , nowadays it would be me doing the same thing, great video, love seeing the old buildings etc, thanks Alex, best regards Pat.
great video but why film the obvious stuff thats been done a hundred times , I would love to see the hidden stuff that only a born and bred west lothian man has knowledge of .............
Check out my site mate, and you`ll notice a few parts of West Lohian people may not have seen. Also,I like to try and show people the world over some of our sites, obvious or not. Thanks for commenting. :)
Loved that Alex. Hey the All Blacks play Scotland in a rugby test tonight I am looking forward to the flower of Scotland and the Haka. Good luck both teams have a good game.

Beautiful Alex...So far I have only visit Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Lancashire, Devon and Yorkshire ... Scotland must be beautiful... I would like to go there too...
I love Scottish bagpipe music ...Great job --> playlist UK
Alex, thanks so much for sending this to me. It's a great way to visit places that I will most likely never get a chance to see. btw, I love listening to you.
Cheers Lynn, the guy that opens the Church to the public used tae go to school wi ma dad. Frazer (Jake) Broons dad.Don`t know if ye remember Jake. He`s intae the Stranglers. The timing ae the piper was just good luck!
You've out done yourself this time Big Alex. Great job. I enjoyed your inclusion of the information plaque. I was able to easily pause the video to read it. I also enjoyed hearing the bagpipes; that was sincerely beautiful music. The wife and I were talking about how anything from the 1700's is pretty old around here. Can't imagine how nice it is to visit sites dating back as far as they do there. Awesome job Alex.
Thanks Big Ed.Tell your wife you`ll have to get over here on vacation! You`d love the place.I was fortunate yesterday that the piper just happened along while I was there.Good timing! Cheers mate.
I love your wee tours of West Lothian - and getting your take on it - keep them coming :)
