Yup thats them haha. Marc Swint auditioned for the role of android 23 and got the part. He saw the audition on a voice acting forums. He then became in charge of getting the other voice actors and he was friends with Kirbopher and Calien. So thats how they ended up in this.

There appears to be conflicting story lines. The description says they are the replacements for the UNSC. But this is taking place during pre-Covenet alliance, infact very far back into the Halo universe as Earth is still trying to recover Covenet artifacts, meaning they still have very little knowledge of them. So I believe this is acctually a group taking place at the same time as Spartan projects.
