底が比較的フラットな靴やスリッパで、

足を階段の幅分くらいずらして片足の底を階段のエッジに乗せて、

足を固定するような感じで重心を前に移動してスタート。

後はリズムに合わせてつま先をくいくいっとw

つまり常にどちらかの足の底が階段のエッジに乗って滑っていく訳­です。
