I used an asymmetry mod but these days, if you have the latest patch for the game, you can create asymmetrical creatures by holding down the "A" key as you grab a piece.
would of liked to, ideally I would have used a limb to create it and been able to attach that arrow head end to it. Unfortunetly the complexity was already maxed.
