I know someone who talks non-stop and doesn't really know what he's saying, you can't have a conversation with him and he has some type of disability. I think this rapper has a similar/same disability and he doesn't really know what he's doing, so please don't be too harsh on him! I'm not saying he definitely has a disability, I just think he does and nobody understands special needs.
