You are right on. Keep going with this work. I myself want to become a part of "deathing" centers. Death and dying is so feared in our culture that we sweep loved ones under the rug when we know they are dying. Less visits less support. I know this isn't always the case but so many are uncomfortable with their own mortality they don't realize how closed off they become around a dying loved one. These loved ones are getting read to wake up to who they really are and leave this dream.
This is one of the most fascinating subjects I have ever researched. I've seen NDE accounts of blind people having sight while they were clinically dead and proving it beyond a doubt. Others have given accounts of information that they could not possible have known. One person said she went through the roof of the hospital and saw a tennis shoe on the roof. Orderlys went up and found the very shoe she described. I believe it 100%. Matter of fact I now believe in God because of studying NDEs.
When my Uncle had osteosarcoma he said that some one came to him (a spirit or angel) and said he would be able to walk soon. the doctors were going to amputate his leg but they found another alternative which was a prosthetic knee cap or knee i think.
@anonymouspapillon Oh wow! See I love stories like this! I'd love to be able to put together a nice film to share such inspiring pieces :) Thanks for sharing!
@Serenityblu23 Those are right around the same grades i would get :( I know its depressing lol! I used to think I did really well on the exam only to find out I flunked! Going in after class or meeting with the professor helps you get on better terms and they may even sympathize for you and give you some extra points to pass
@seharris11 , I already told him that this is my 2nd time in this class. He told me to take my test ina private room and to do all the h.w ( which is alot)
I've had one, amazing, life changing, crazy, fully aware, elightening experience brought on by a near death drug overdose. 3 days after the overdose, it happened. It was like my mind opened up and I felt this overwelming LOVE that really can't be put into words. Spirits, spirit guides, loved ones that have passed on, they're all with us. Frequency by Penney Peirce, Kundalini Rising-Exploring the Energy of Awakening, and What the Bleep Do We Know (movie or book) are manditory reads!!
@Nmb0803 Thanks for sharing! My mother had a very similar experience with an unintentional drug overdose (someone poisoned her/laced stuff) and she woke up afterwards only feeling very, very tired. She had black holes, quasars and the universe explained to her and said she could "stay or go back". So then she woke up realizing she knew very little about the world and shouldn't be a jaded teenager anymore. Thanks again! I'll check out those books!
I think because our minds feel so independent of our bodies, it feels like we have a soul. But our brain is incredibly complex. Is it possible it only FEELS like we have a soul? Where in our brain is the soul even located? I really hope our souls live forever. The thought of dying and feeling for eternity the nonexistence of before we were born is very depressing. Who knows if we will even have a sense that we ever lived.
@SevereTstormFan haha that is very depressing; true! The theory of 21 grams was a experiment used to measure the weight of the soul leaving the body. Also the fact that we are energy and that "energy cannot be created nor destroyed" shows that we have to go through some sort of transition like leaving our bodies; I think we simply become energy or a spirit. I kind of view our bodies and shells I guess?
@SevereTstormFan omg i think about that everyday. i've always been aware of death ever since a very young age but it's just now hitting me (im 14) that "oh my god, one day im going to be gone. will i even know that i was alive?" basically what we want to know is what happens to our consciences ?
