At 2:48 the guy in the red shirt says "war is for killing and being killed" then he goes on to defend war (in general!) and in fact he actually says "war is a good thing". damn... they got people so twisted up right now...
i agree an appropriate response is 'our youth are conned into joining the military'.
i'd also question the 'they choose to go to war statement' with "On what information was their choice based?" The WMD lie? The people of Iraq posed an imminent threat to the US lie? The sadaam / al qaeda connection lie?
this video is great. it highlights the argument "they choose to go to war". Our response needs to be: "Our youth are CONNED into joining the military. They are promised education, honor, oppertunity and disipline. Instead they are broken down and forced to take orders from a commander in cheif that has NO HONOR and wastes their lives on a meaningless massacre."
PS: mad props to the CD that sets the whole tone for the debate! what a beautiful thing! did it make the news?
Kind of ironic these pro war people love war but I bet they dont have their sons or daughters over in Iraq. I'm against this war but I'm not going to block a street for it. My best friend was killed on 9/11 and my other friend died in the war. War should be fought as the most last resort not just because of arrogance.
The moron in the maroon windbreaker is nothing but a uniformed confrontationalist. Only two things he had to say was "War is good" and "They signed on the dotted line. What
an idiot!!YouTube is full of em' too no matter what the subject matter.
I love the fact that the guy in the maroon calls the other guy "Anti American" and that he should go to SOUTH America.... UH would he still be and "AMERICAN" OMFG some people are just SO ignorant.. the perfect question that should have been aske to the two Mister WAR IS GOOD should have been Have YOU been to war?? If not then shut the F up.... ~ KoBushi
The image of the abu graib protesters is 1000 timesXmore effective than those two idiot nazis in the middle of the screen

The first guy was an investment banker republican party donor who lives in Nob Hill, or so he said. His lifestyle is too cushy for soldiering.

15 billion per month on this war
15 billion X 5 years=900 billion. The national debt has gone from 4 trillion to 9 trillion since he has taken office...any one else confused
Quick Fact: it would take 30 billion to rebuild New Orleans...was it worth it?

war is a continuation of politics through violence.... without war you would not have the right to protest...being free is a cost.
