I'm not saying I have one or that people without sexy bodies are useless or have no place... kk heres the deal, work out your abs as well as your abdominal obliques, (hips) this will make your abs much more prominent. instead of just the middle "cross" type of shape you will have the full "pack" all around. if you do it hardcore like 3-4 days a week and eat well, then it should only take you like 2-3 weeks. good luck :)

because your using your own body,

guys, it's not realy neccesary to do all kind of hard exercises. The most important thing is that you must eat less every day.
Eat vegetables and fruit.
If you will do this for like half a year. You should see big results.

I have very low body fat, and i'm training very much, I have two lower abs, but only four upper abs, but I think it should be six.
