@prammaven Ah, yes I see. Yeah, they just meant that specific line of dual core processors is not supported. If you have a decent dual core above that you should be fine.

I really like the music and stuff. When I was a kid I wanted to be a ghostbuster, so now I just smoke a lot of weed and play it on my pc. The music makes you feel like you're in the movie!

(oh, and also, on a 5870 this game runs great.)

@RussChizzle If you want to run it at somewhat decent settings make sure you have a gpu around a 9600gt with a decent dual core processor. If you want to max the game with physics your going to need a pretty good gpu. It definitely isn't the most optimized game out there...

@rickylafountain It really depends on your resolution as well. I'd say if you are running around 1080p (1920 x 1080) you might have to lower some settings. The gts 250 is around the same as the 9800gtx. I have a 9800gx2 which is two 9800gtx video cards on one pcb. I noticed a few fps drops here and there with the settings in the video.

With that said if you are a ghost busters fan it is a decent game. It is cheap on steam. We also have a review on our site. Check the description for the link.

Immediately: Smashing crates with proton-pack to get to a power switch, and someone says "good work" and prompts the next action. Bosses that you have to wear down... So it's just the same old shit but themed. Soon they'll just rerelease it with different player skins and call it The Adventures of Thor or something.

I'm so fucking bored with the last 5 years of game development. Advancements have been cosmetic and minor interface mechanics.

I just finished it and that's what I think about it:

1. It's a really fun and entertaining game. Lots of creative interacting possibilities.

2. Though, you could call it a rather short game. It took me about 8 - 10 hours to kill it, so if you're not so Ghostbusters related anyways, it may be a bit disappointing come to think of the price.

My total rating:

10/10 if you're a real GB-fan. Lots of references to the movies.

About 7/10 for the others, but only if you won't get the references :)

It is dude. You can't change your graphics settings on consoles ;). Also, I am using a mouse and keyboard while playing. The PC version has emulated mouse support from what I understand, so it may look a little bit odd.

I wish you could just resume your game and you load into the Ghostbusters HQ and have a selection of jobs from the city folk calling in asking for help and have to drive to and go in the various buildings in the city, explore around, use the scanner to find the ghost/s, capture it and earn money for upgrades. Instead it is just a linear storyline with little to no re-playability or exploration. Still, fun for a little while, just too linear IMO for what could have been a better game.

Try updating your drivers and updating to the latest direct x version. Also, if you installed it to a custom directory sometimes the installer sends some files over to the program files folder. You may have to copy those files over to your custom directory.

thank u very much for reply...i cannot update my gpu driver cuz it ruins the windows (i tried) ,maybe because my gpu card doesn`t support higher software update..(but thx for advise)..DirectX is 10.0 version..(i think it`s enough:D)..but in the last 2 sentences you`re right...i chose to install the game on 'D' drive but a part installs in 'C' drive...so i follow your advice....so thank you for reply..and good luck with the game :D:D

and a Nvidia Geforce GT 120 graphics card with 256mb ram

The GT 120 seems to be a copy of the 8600gt. With that gpu you will not be able to max the game unfortunately. You will still be able to play the game at some decent setting though. If you want to make the game try to get an hd4890 or gtx275. A 9800gtx or hd4580 might also be a good upgrade if you can't afford the other cards.

Pretty good. There is mouse support, and you can also play it with a controller. If you play with a mouse take off aim assistance and you may need to raise the sensitivity a bit.

If you are using a custom directory you need to install it again to the default directory and then copy the files over to your custom directory.

I had the same problem for custom directories. You need to install it to the default directory and copy the files over to your custom directory. When you install it to the default directory (should be your second install) it should not take too long.

Yeah, I spent a lot on the card, and it performs better than a gtx 260 and gtx280 in some cases. So, there is no reason for me to upgrade yet heh ;).
