You could... but then you'd get that character erased and you'll probably be banned. It's a copyright thing. Cryptic doesn't want Marvel or DC freaking out about people "stealing" their characters, so they're playing it safe and making sure they don't get a lawsuit by being strict on creation of pre-existing heroes.

That character had regeneration, if you want a offensive passive you should probably take the one from dual-swords, works wonders with killer instinct
