I am an American and an old man now. I have been coming to the Philippines since the days of Marcos so I have seen and experienced all the changes in the Philippines for many years. The song Rise again expresses great hope in the future for the Filipino people. I have tried in my small way to do what I can for the people here! I do believe that given the time, the Filipino people WILL rise again!
