@sik7h Very well spotted. I was using the free crap version of Fraps which records only 40 seconds. I had to put two clips together for that scene (which is why there's a slight jump and a 1 second missing from the clip). The sound was also a problem since I couldn't lower the volume on the clips after recording (I know everyone's complained about this but I haven't got the time to re-record all the clips again).

This game was pretty good, but its the multiplayer game that made it AWESOME! I use to play Bagman almost everynight on the Heat servers when it was around.

It was one of the first games where teammates actually co-operated properly with some ppl on defense and some on offense to get money.

I still have the game, but I can't find anybody to play with anymore. Heck there's hardly any servers for this game now. =( Too bad, as this was one of my fav online games of all time!

Kingpin is pretty awesome. They also started a Kingpin 2 but that got cancelled since of some contreversial acts. This game would've been awesome if it came out like now so it had lip-sync and better next-gen graphics....

The real reason is far simpler: vertices are stored as single bytes per component, which quickly leads to quantization errors as the provided precision is not high enough. This wasn't noticable in Q1, because there was no interpolation between animation frames of models...
