As someone who grew up in Kenya I feel how important this is for the peace loving people of kenya.Its ,however, important that the government delivers the change that Kenyans need. Kenya has the potentiality to become a developed country if the leaders work hard to root out corruption, check inflation and create more jobs.

Its unfortunate you have to describe Kikuyus that way. You are a very ignorant person. I'll enlighten you. Kikuyus get along with many ethnic groups. For example: Embus, Merus, Kambas, Kisiis. We don't think we are superior to these people because our ancestors are the same as their ancestors. Our languages are very similar. We respect each other. For some reason we don't get along with Nilotes. Maybe its coz of stupid statements like yours.

Can I help but compare nilotes and bantus? When a nilote was in power, he created these ethnic clashes. When a bantu lost an election he ensured there was no mass murder committed in his name. I dont care about kibaki. He wont be in power in 5 years anyway. I care about innocent people being killed because of a stupid election. Luos and Kalenjins seem to be very blood thirsty come election time. Don't really know why. Just read some of the posts that say kikuyus should be killed if they dont vote for Raila come next time. Do you really think they'll vote for him? I highly doubt it. Its not possible to intimidate 30% of the population to vote for someone.

Many of them happened to be Kikuyu women and children burnt alive in a church. Their only crime was being a kikuyu. Their murderers consider themselves to be warriors. How does murdering defenseless people make you a warrior? If it was random violence then I would agree with you. Assuming no Kikuyu presidential aspirant, it will be Kalonzo vs Raila. No sane kikuyu would vote for Raila so that means Kalonzo gets the Gema and Kamba vote which is all you need for the presidency. This agreement should have been struck 5 years ago when the NARC government came to power.But due to the greediness of our leaders it has taken the loss of precious lives,destruction of property and spread of hatred for a simple constitutional agreeement to come about. Kenyans look forward to the day when Raila and Kibaki will get out of the way for a more patriotic and sober breed of leaders who will steer the country away from the current course of corruption, selfishness and ethnic bigotly.
