The choreography needs major major work! and as a team not everyone was giving there all or so how it looks from the video and the moves are sloppy! It's almost boring to watch but I think that was just the song something more upbeat and more energy ladies.

You need to accent your move more to make them look sharper. Right now they look slightly bored with it. Next time add some harder moves too. I am sure these girls can do a harder dance than this if they tried. Maybe that is why they are bored in the first place. Well, good luck and keep practicing.
