i don't know comic wise. but when i played infamous all i thought was static shock.

not powers wise just story wise.

@dev1on the explosion wasn't what gave people powers it was the gas and the gang doesn't take over the city, cartoon or otherwise. and explosion involved and electric powers are the only similarities. It's different that Static can create electricity and Cole can only control it but unlike Statci water can hurt him
