lol we were working on some taxi driver's car today at work and he had one of these lights. Was funny as hell! we had the doof doof indian music up loud too! was a fucken nightclub!

not whilst rolling, but you can have it on stationary. You're not even allowed a regular/standard interior roof light on while driving, so these are definitely illegal.
