  • God if I had the money, I would so look for the whole arcade system

  • You make it seem so easy. LoL. Great great though. I'd love to have it in my collection on laser disc.

  • Thumbs up for Joystiq!

  • my childhood won't be complete until I beat this arcade

  • ULTRA COMBO!!!!! 1:04

  • I played this game back in 1991. But it disappeared very quickly, always wondered what happened to it. It seemed so futuristic.

  • My friend told me that there mite be another one at California extreme this year. I hope there is because i would love to play it.

  • 10:00 should have been a punch in the nuts

  • 3:42 - fap fap fap

  • If I remember correctly, this game had the most bs, 30min lag on the controller

  • loved this hologram god I miss this game.

  • lol Yeah that's right I almost forgot how hard it was, I spent all my money too. It just looked so cool I had to keep trying it. I always had this game in the back of my head when people were impressed by the new game console. I was like time traveler was ten times better.

  • I knew a guy who has one of these things in his house

  • I remember playing this at Space Station in Anchorage back in the day. I couldn't figure out how to do a damn thing.

  • i remember playing this as a kid at the local movie theater and losing 1.50$ with in the first 10 seconds of the game everytime :(

  • it's the way of the future, it's the way of the future

  • Ah, remember that scene now at 00:55 . What was up with that? It seemed like it was glitching out, but it did it on all the machines I played of this from what I can remember.

I have the DVD version of this, and it's just not the same. I wish I could get the real thing!

  • I remember this game used to cost $1.50 to play which was an arm and a leg in 1992.

  • Dragon's Lair & Space Ace are iphone games, would kill for this one too! :D

  • Shooting Indians. How PC.

  • Ah the nostalgy!!!! Nice!!!!

  • Drugz aren't OK...!

    But cocaïne is!

  • "Remember, Pardner, winners don't use drugs!"

... but guns are okay. :D

  • @BitgateMobile Especially when you're using them to shoot people point blank in the face.

  • Why do you need to deposit more coins for a reversal cube??? what happens if you don't???

  • @Theshark15z

I wasn't the guy playing the game but you can only buy reversal cube some point of game. If you don't and you run out of reversal cube you can run out of lives easily.

that's why he brought so much reversal cube so he doesn't run out. Also this game was set on free play so there are no cost to him anyway.

  • I wish they made laserdisc arcade titles based on TV game shows such as The Price Is Right for example

  • @mathewbailey08 They did make one for Deal or No Deal.

  • None have even tried to touch this idea.

  • tha is a laundry machine.

  • I've been looking for this game FOREVER! THANK YOU!

  • I'm going to switch to youporn now to check out some Asian massages, anyone else want in?

  • only thing I remember that it cost 1$ to play >: (

  • I rember that game, back in the best times thanks!

  • They sure got 1998 right! That entire year it was punk rock kids throwing shit at me, people coming at me with chainsaws, and let's not forget the zombies...the millions of zombies listening the Backstreet Boys.

  • @ZombieCobain this wasnt made in 1998 it was like 1989 or early 90's

  • @bulletproofKevlar I know that. Shit, now I have to explain the joke. One of the levels is entitled "1998: Post-Holocaust." (Nevermind the offense to our generation, some of us being grandchildren of real Holocaust survivors.) Then this 1990 3D video game predicts that 1998 will be full of drug dealers, radioactive zombies, and chainsaw-wielding maniacs. I'm just saying, I can't believe how accurate they were about 1998. It's creepy.

  • @ZombieCobain oh ahahahaha ...I miss the future myself..at least we can still aim for hover boards in 2015

  • @ZombieCobain well, is 2010, im waiting only 4 the Chainsaw Madness and the Zombie Outbreak... BTW, im in Mexico...

  • Man this thing has got to be super-rare by now. What a crazy concept for an arcade game that I can't believe they pulled off. I remember seeing this game when I was like 5 or 6, and for a while I was wondering if I had dreamed it up - I couldn't find anything about it anywhere! But it is real!! Crazy. Bet it would cost a shitload.

  • SEGA! always ahead of the curve...

  • I heard they had this at the Smithsonian. Is this true?

  • That is badass! I've never seen this before... Makes Mad Dog McCree its bitch!

  • wtf man!!!

in america arcade are going out of style and in jp there still around.

kinda gay cause where i live there non, well maybe just 1 but i dont want to go there cause the controlers are gay.

    i hate nickle nickle

  • @hacksign21 You know you want one of those gay controllers up your butt.

  • Why they stop making hologram games?

  • @gfemexico yeah i know sadly they thought no one was interested in them... they where just not the game if they only used a diferent game.... sigh oh well... i believe i can now make a mini version of this hologram system just need to find a concave mirror and it will be exactly the same

  • @gfemexico It was due to it being released around the time Capcom's Street Fighter II became very successful and popular, overshadowing the hologram cabinet. When there were some modern-fighting games influenced by it being developed and brought into video arcades and game centers, the hologram cabinet staff decided to give it one last chance at becoming a very successful cabinet, by creating Holosseum.

  • @gfemexico cause they sucked

  • @WEAreTheDevils They did suck it is very impressive that they had that type of techology in 1991. If that was then, imagine would good hologram video games would be now to the growing techonlogic advances of today? I don't think they suck.

  • this game ruled back in the day i almost bought one on ebay a few years ago

  • Wow, you actually BEAT it! Great job!

  • No that wasn't me. It was some guy.

  • I remeber they had this game in CLIFFTON HILL in Niagara Falls.. Game was crazy hard to play.. and they charged you a buck to play it.. Now they have SLOT Machines there now.. Sucks

  • This game was balls hard and it played like shit. However, I would kill to own one of these Time Traveler game machines now.

  • Some one know, where i can bought this arcade?? Not the DVD version, i mean the real one

  • yeah, I know where you can get the game... My father has one in his garage... You want it? Im sure he'll sell it... Make an offer.

  • i bet the origenol cabnet 4 this game is haerd to find

  • i remember that game, but I remember it as having a gun peripheral. You had to holster it, wait to draw, and draw/shoot fast as hell.

  • huh. so many comments today. What's up with that?

  • because this video is on today's popular videos list

  • You mean you have to use your hands? That's like a baby's toy!

  • I remember playing this as a kid in Kunsan South Korea

  • i remember playing this one a lot...crazy. was in corner brook, newfoundland.

  • wow, i totally played the hell out of this game back in 1989, luckly i worked at the arcade so i didnt waste any coin.

  • I remember this train wreck. God damn, what a waste of $1.50 in quarters.

  • wow this game looks horrible

  • boring

  • I totally remember this game when it was at the old Gold Mine arcade in Sandusky, OH.
