  • It's shocking that we have come to the point that to articulate common sense and basic freedom of speech concepts is almost an revolutionary act in these new dark ages in Canada.

Ezra Levant in normal times (say pre-1970's) would have been an ordinary man... in this ominous age, he is a courageous and admirable champion of freedom... the human "riots" tribunal is a filthy den of wretched degenerates

  • Right on Ezra

  • Ezra is my hero...

The fighter of the thought police!!!

    I love this man

    Go Ezra Go!!!

  • Go Ezra. What a breath of fresh air. I lived in Alberta and wanted to see the comic. No one can argue that it wasn't revelant.

  • I love Ezra. Mohammed put many to death by the sword. Those who wouldn't accept his moon god. Some of his followers want to censor comic strips. I think the comic strip fits and is therefore revelant. I personally wanted to see the cartoon for myself.

  • lol. "a Major crime scene". That's funny.

  • thecatfromthecat,

"no citizen should use language or indulge in behaviour intended to demean others on the basis of ..... , sex"

you have just placed many feminists,

    including college prefessors, media bigshots,

and government ministers, on the wrong side of the law. Maybe legal proceedings are appropriate?

  • Those rights take precedence over this. Harassment is still harassment, even when it comes transparently cloaked in the mantle of freedom of speech.

Erza mocks this family by name, origin, power of media. This only polarizes people when we mock them.

  • The right to freedom of speech is closely related to other rights, and may be limited when conflicting with other rights (see Limitations on freedom of speech). The right to freedom of speech is particularly important for media, which plays a special role as the bearer of the general right to freedom of expression

  • no citizen should use language or indulge in behaviour intended to demean others on the basis of their race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, handicap, age, marital status, family status, the receipt of public assistance or record of offence, the values of mutual respect and civility may, on occasion, be superseded by the need to protect lawful freedom of speech.

  • All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

—Article 1 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR

  • Behavior evidently intended to dishonor such characteristics as race, gender, ethnic group, religious belief, or sexual orientation is contrary to the pursuit of inquiry and education. Such grave disrespect for the dignity of others can be punished under existing procedures because it violates a balance of rights on which the society is based.

  • Such grave disrespect for the dignity of others can be punished under existing procedures because it violates a balance of rights on which the society is based. Its expected that when there is a need to weigh the right of freedom of expression against other rights, the balance will be struck after careful review of all relevant facts and will be consistent with established Human rights standards.

  • erza and fans of you are mocking the diginity of difference. Erza is it funny to mock a person name. You like putting muslim or Arabs down this makes you feelgood? Mutual repsect seems to be a challenging topic for you and few fans of yours. Erza is not charismatic nor funny.

  • Richard Warman has won all ten of the cases he has brought before the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal (CHRT),[26] and two more have been successfully mediated after the individuals had left the neo-Nazi movement and renounced their beliefs.

ERZA REVEALS HIS EGO HERE CHECK OUT RICHARD

  • Thanks Ezra for your vigilance and eloquence per freedom of speach in Canada. Don't stop.

  • Those rights take precedence. Harassment is still harassment, even when it comes transparently cloaked in the mantle of freedom of speech.

  • God bless Ezra for his courage. Folks, send him money so he can continue to fight these quasi-fascist human rights commissions in Canada.

  • It is good to see that Levant is still going strong. He is the man!

  • So Johnny wants to shut people up who don't agree with his pc nonsence.

  • Free speech. Coming back to Canadian towns in the near future, thanks to Mr. Levant.

  • Wow.

Levant is awesome. He is soooooo right.

The Human Rights Commissions are more than a disgrace. They are a threat to our society.

    What a great story.

  • Those rights take precedence. Harassment is still harassment, even when it comes transparently cloaked in the mantle of freedom of speech.
