@badboykhal I use air compressor that I bought to blow out some of the dirt and wipe it with some napkins. Once awhile I drip some motor oil on some part like motor and join but not too much, just a little bit.
@TheJohndeerelover These are not water proof. Not so good for battery. The water got into my speed receiver it stop working until I dry it out. Then I try again and it works again. My advise to you is try not to dump it directly into the water ;)
@tdt8698 The only thing to worry about is the ESC and the Receiver(find a box for it). After you play with water and mud, you must clean and oil on the part. This apply to all the RC car ;)

I would say that it is pretty good. Now, I upgraded it to brushless system and it would go really fast, plus I used it with lipo battery now. And yeah, All monster truck video I have is from the same truck ;) it is doing it job pretty well. Our new monster truck video will come out pretty soon.
This truck was awsome for about a month. until i jumped it of a 6 inch ramp and i broke a lot of parts. i have about 150$ in alluminum parts from helipal.com.
now my motor doesn't work the esc reciver and servo work. idont know what happened to motor.
@isaias50911 Lol I am going to do some really high jump with the brushless system. It will probably break some parts but I kind of want to give it a try. I might get some good clip from it. lol See if I might get lucky.
@isaias50911 if its the cheap brushed motor it could be a number of things...Best just buy another motor or a better quality brushed motor that stock esc can handle..just contact seller and find out how low u can go 12t is most power,but even a 15t-16t should work fine,,,not sure if stock esc can handle a 2-cell lipo..most can,but u can't always run them as long as esc will over heat sometimes get riuned well other esc's will just shut down and work again when cooler...This is a very nice truck
The biggest piece of info missing about these trucks is do they have full ball bearings or not. Without them all axles and shafts will be destroyed in short order.
@shahram72 OK, I bought one. Yes they have ball bearings. I have the brushed version. And the tires are now a different pattern. Better all around blocky tread for street and dirt.

is this the brushless version? because i'm thinking about getting this truck but if it only runs 30mph with a brushless i'm going to just get the traxxas stampede. it does 30+ and it's waterproof.
