It's their third album. The first two were basically hardcore (esp the first), but "Souls..." is kinda regarded as the CD were they "came into their own."

@alucardisdumb I wouldn't consider this their "early" stuff... Early Neurosis played Hardcore-Punk stuff and progressed into Post-Metal I think around the time of this album. @.@ So their early Post-y stuff would be this I suppose.
