Finally i solved it. I did a real facepalm fail. I didnt rename the gamepermanent(mael).cfg to gamepermanent.cfg... -.- so now its working. thanks for your support and help and sorry for my spam =)

My final verdict on this is that it still works just fine. The Ziggs patch only moved the game.cfg file. Gamepermanent.cfg still resides in it's usual location, if you are having issues, it's probably due to something else like not installing the fonts in the windows folder or not selecting the latest version.

Got it working after trying some stuff and reading the comments. Go to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\solutions\lol_gam­e_client_sln\releases\0.0.0.12­3\deploy\DATA\CFG\defaults. In there you'll find the Gamepermanent.cfg file, in which you can modify your text. Copy and paste that file in the folder above (CFG folder, so that is C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\solutions\lol_gam­e_client_sln\releases\0.0.0.12­3\deploy\DATA\CFG) and it should be working. Hope this is understandable.

Okay sorry guys, i noticed after i reinstall LoL that the game.cfg is now in a other folder.So just place the gamepermanent.cfg in this Pfad: C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config

Woot, just got it to work. I copied it into the CFG folder and the default folder in the CFG folder as a .cfg file with the font files. My directory is C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\solutions\lol_gam­e_client_sln\releases\0.0.0.12­1\deploy\DATA

The directory has changed. When I had it set up before the patch it continued working just fine but I had to reinstall and now it won't work no matter where I place it.

thank you for the package worked perfectly. In my case I didnt have that file in the folder you mentioned. but I just put it in there anyway and it moded it. Dunno if you mentioned that. One thing i would really suggest, you talk extremely fast and i constantly had to back up the video. I am american, i can only imagine the trouble internationals had. :) thank you for everything tho

@Rage327 It should be in your programs folder, probably something like: C:\Programs\League of Legends.

If you can't find it though you can also do this: In the lol shortcut click right mouse button->properties. A window will open and there should be a button in the bottom saying "Open location of the file". Click it and it will take you to the main game folder, then just follow the steps.

First of all, Thanks for the tutorial. I managed to get everything to work just fine with about 5 minutes of work. However I have one "bug". Messages like "SLOWED!", "STUNNED!" or level up seem to be a bit tricky. I only get to see the "S" in slowed and stunned and only see the "L" and the "u" in level up. Any Idea what the cause could be? Help would be very much appreciated. (btw i have no problems with things like critical hits or tryndameres undying rage.

I included the font file in the zip, place it in a folder, and then copy it into your system's font folder (Control Panel, Fonts) The font is called BITLOW, there is also a custom font enabled for Critical Hits, and that one is called MAEL. Also included in the zip file.
