@xmaparkour its what youtube have put on the bottom of most new videos to show appriciation for the world cup apparently, it makes the constant droning noise of those vuvuzela horn things which a lot of people apparently find annoying. I think its just an inside joke worl cup tribute of the guys at youtube.
