yea thats very possible he is not realy good at holding it. i know a lot of class mates like that. im so used to wrestling busting for a piss and to doing hurdles in track and soccer games dying for a piss that i forget a lot of people have trouble doing sports when they have to piss bad. in wrestling i been squeezed realy hard around the waist with my bladder painfuly full many times and thought nothing of it.
