I've never been in martial arts, so I don't know... but whats up with the screams and shouts? Is it like a release after strong focus? Or is it supposed to add to the show? To people like me who never have practiced... Its always seemed silly because you never hear people doing it in real combat like UFC... I was just wondering is all.
