  • kresbian is right. This piece is called "Fanfare #1" on KPM Music Library 1057 .

  • @johnsesame28 You're close. This fanfare cue (penned by Neil Richardson for KPM Music) was also the jingle for Gold Key Entertainment, circa 1978. It's a part of KPM 1057 - Scenesetters, Fanfares and Punctuations. Speaking of MGM, this did appear in sped-up form on the '60 reprint of "He Who Get's Slapped."

  • That might've been Samuel Goldwyn's movie studio.

  • Gee I didn't notice that. Do you remember what company he uploaded?

  • The music from this logo has been used by a bunch of Chinese film companies from the 70s and the 80s. No joke!

  • Well, it is possibly taken from certain music libraries, like the VCII logo one and the Worldvision one.

  • I see well thanks for the re-upload it brings me back memories.

  • There is a silent version of this logo on the VCI release of the 1932 movie Rain.
