You should've thought of facing Lisa and Tina as Kokoro and Helena better through. Not that I'm saying that Kokoro and Helena are a bad team, but facing two strong characters with two middle-almost-mediocre characters is not a good idea.

The french accent is very fake and bad. Not to mention she doesn't sound very elegant, which is what Helena is known for ..

I think the choice for English voice-acting is in the options part of the menu somewhere. I haven't played in a while. It's only for the second game though.
