Slaughter on the scale that this farm equipment wrought is nothing short of a warcrime, one Edward Smigly-Rydz deserved to be held accountable for.
I remember a veteran asking me why Germany was able to invade Poland so easily. He said they marched in backwards and said they were leaving.
