"Involuntary" manslaughter? Anyone that's seen the original video can see clearly the officer deliberately shot the young man. It was NOT a 'mistake' - it was intentional. The officer in question should have been charged with murder and any decent person can see that. SFPD looks really bad tonite and this isn't going to go away for a long time.
