Totally '80's, nice song, I remember hearing this in '82, New Romantic-Gothic-White Funk, note who the Drums are kinda uptight and straight up, while the bass kinda throws these lil' funky flourishes, very odd mix of influences (Glam/glitter/dark/pre/post punky poppish synth groooves), strange days, but it works great, one of their best.

And on that note, if I can be equally pedantic, your use of 'its' is incorrect... as you used it, it should be 'it's.' I think it's more seemly to be correct with English grammar than the nickname for a band (even if it is DD).

Duran Duran has and always will have a significant place in my life , and a special place in my heart . I remember when I was a teenager , lots of my experiences revolved and evolved through Duran Duran's music . They were ahead of their time, with sheer artistry and brilliance they took the world by storm. I never was the type of fan that screamed and swooned over the bands members ( they're sexiness was an added bonus ) The music they left behind is their true legacy .
