I just love this song, Adele is great.

Skins is well, was my favourite show.

Season 3 just won't cut it for me. I can't even bring myself to watch past episode 1... I'll get to it eventually...

Anyhow, I just realised that out of teh original cast, the only one without any heartbreak at all is Maxxie. I thought that was interesting.

Chris died, Jal lost him, Michelle and Tony seperated, Anwar found out about Sketch and failed school, Sid and Cassie are a bit messed up, Maxxie found James lol

I think the problem with the new lot of characters is that there is no bond between them at all. Why is that group of people friends?

They're not a patch on the originals. They may have fought constantly but they always felt like friends.

@cabotgal1982 I'm very much in agreement with you here. Alot of it was thrown together in the 3rd and 4th series. In fact most the of the characters were at war most of the time let alone being friends.

Should have stopped it after series 1 + 2 IMO

tbh i understand why everyones upset about Chris dying and so was i, but then i realized that we're not gonna see hardly any of the other cast anyway so even if he didn't die we wouldn't see him again so...

but then again it is sad the fact that the actual characters died!

Yeah, but that's just the way it goes, you know... C'est la vie. No-one can live forever, people move on, they separate and meet new people. That's what I kind of like in Skins. It's so... dunno, like reality. They don't get stuck in some characters. I just hate that they had to make series 3, 'cos it really isn't Skins anymore with new cast. I just think they should've left it to series 2.

i think it might be quite good there was an episode in series 1 with effie as the main story and it was pretty good.

I'll miss the cast from the first and second series of skins but i've noticed that nobody's said anything about being excited for the next cast and series of skins..im sure people will grow to love the new cast almost but not quite as much as the old one.

The creator said he thought the second series was his best out of the two so far, mostly because of the fact that it was so real to reality. And the fact teenagers don't have it easy, so it's kind of a look into what teenagers face.
