Hi, I'm 14, and I'm working as a mangaka assistant for my friend who is a freelancer who publish in a local magazine.

I cannot thank you enough for showing us excellent examples of ways to edit, tone, and clean. Our evil editor just could't accept our work, and we've sent to them twice only to be sent back again. We decided to make our manga digitally, but I have no experience in digital art at all.

Thankfully I found you. Hopefully we'll publish on January.

i noticed that you havnt really changed the resolution i think it would be better if you changed it to 300 instead of keeping it at 72. Im curently taking computer graphics and i got scolded by my teacher for not changing it. He made me print a page at 72 and it didnt look as good as the one in 300 :O so i just thought i would advise you :) so that when you print it out it will look way better XD

how do you know where to put the blacks? and where did you learn how to tone on photoshop? please tell me, because im working on a comic myself, and i really want to know. Can you link me to any tutorials you used?

@chamoth143 the line art in manga studio can be annoying but it has better effects and i would say easier for making manga

if you guys dont know what toning a manga without a computer is like its basically where you have a bunch of transparent page size stickers and you use a knife to cut out the tones but each different shade or tint requires a different page.

this was done by PC so it looked so easy..

I don't really know if its rite for me to say this, but for the lay out ...dont you think it would had been better to set a different angle of the girl in panel 3...since its like the same exacted angel as panel 1? It would look better like that, but maybe thats just me :/. But it still looks amazing :).
