The plea agreement was reached after the jury received the case for deliberations. Under the terms of the deal, Heather Ellis will also serve a year of unsupervised probation, attend an anger management course and serve four days in jail before the end of the year.
So @ :38 u can see she's pushing the next customers things back. And I'm assuming that's Heather's juice and cakes she's trying to place on the belt but the cashier already started ringing the other customer. Then at 3:56 she takes the next customer and moves Heather's things to the side.
But still I don't see her attacking them. And I don't see them attacking her.
