@myara546 I think I could successfully beat a case using "assumption of risk" argument. If you were to be struck with a baseball at a game, you cannot sue the player, owner or stadium because there is an assumed risk associated with sitting in an area where balls are flying. For that same reason, videos with shock endings are so common, they've been named screamers. One could safely assume an ending like this is possible watching a YT video, especially one including scream in the title.

Yeah...I really didn't want to have the scary face/scream ending - they freak me out to no end when they catch me off guard - but I felt I had to. It works with the Ice Scream Theme and I don't think anyone is expecting it.
