This is a great video, but I'm confused about something. When you say "count each deep inhale all the way up to your age" do you mean on one single inhale you count all the way up to your age then exhale then do it again, or do you mean count every inhale up to your age, like inhale "1", exhale, inhale "2", exhale and so on until you reach your age then start over?
My tongue is naturally always pressed up against the roof of my mouth. Not the back but, near the front, against my teeth. Is that not normal, since he directs you to do this?

Count the number of your inhales to the number of your age. The older we are, the more deep breathings we need.
