During the 80's I thought I looked the bollox in the gear, but looking back on it now I think it looks shit. especially the jeans and trainers. However the 90's gear still looks the bollox, although I wouldnt wear any of it now, the lairy SI jackets and that it still looks good. People who say the 80's gear looks good need to take off the rose tinted glasses.

Started getting labels in around 1984, primary school. Followed the older lads, remember the early days it was mainly golf makes, Pringle, L and S with Farah trousers or jeans youd cut the triangle in the bottom so theyd flare out over your trainers. First proper pair I had was Adidas All Black, Nike Scout and then remember begging my nan to buy me some Borg Elites. Fucking amazing, I was 10 years old. I still dress in most of that gear now, Stone Islands fucking ruined the proper dressing days.
