  • I made my first loaf whole wheat bread w/ this machine yesterday. I forgot to take it out though and I think it was on warmer for an hour. It was hard crust--perhaps it's way better taking out right away and allowing it to sit for 30-60 mins. Will try another tonight. It also tasted a little bland compared to store bought but I think it's due to using small amount of honey and no sugar. Can't compare to a normal bread machine-first time using this one.

  • Been thinking about making my own bread for a while now! :) And I saw this model on Amazon. But I wonder, does bread actually baked in a "real" convection oven achieve better results or is a bread maker pretty much on par?
